tribute

Greetings from a very tired Chelsea. The first week of school for the second term has been a rude awakening - literally. Thank you alarm for waking me up at way to early o'clock when it would be so much better for everyone else for me to stay in bed and get my beauty *ha, who does she think she is* sleep. Anyway, I wanted to put up a post tonight because I will be away for a few days on school camp. From Sunday morning to Wednesday night I will have experienced 8 plus hours on a bus, done a aerial rope course and seen a deer. I am really excited for all the activities but I will admit I am very very very nervous for the night times (long story short, anxiety / homesickness sucks majorly). But other than that, currently I am packing for my camp adventure, quite tired, slowly getting back into routine and listening to Blue Neighbourhood by Troye Sivan.

I have been wanting to style a minimal and sophisticated look for a while now that included a basic pair of denim and a black blazer whilst still keeping it young and youthful. I think this outfit just screams simplicity and I love how it look very basic but still completed and put together. The height from the heels adds a youthful touch and the cut of blazer is a li' different from the regular rounded edge with the fun ruffles. Adding a tee instead of collared button down takes the 'work attire' look away from it and the light denim wash freshens it all up. Finish it all off with a messy pony and you have yourself the perfect ensemble for any respectable occasion.

I'll have a new post up on Thursday as I will be back from camp then and (I betcha) dying to blog and talk to you. Have a lovely weekend and please know that I am alive for those days I am away. Haha! Okay, I really need to get some sleep. I'll be off then to listen to Troye and pack trackies in a suitcase.

So much love. Ciao!
